Why I am writing this blog -
- Because Cox and Kings did not adhere to terms and conditions and is not ready to take any action.
I wrote series of mails which I will be posting here, but there was no concluding response from them. They were just stalling me.
I could have directly gone to consumer court but was checking if they are willing to take actions or not.
With such a big name in Tour World, I had expected better from Cox and Kings.
I might go to Consumer Court, but what happens then ?
These big companies will be cheating other normal people. Not everybody goes to court. Like many of the people which were there in our group, nobody has time or patience.
So what I will do ?
I will post this blog link on major tour adviser sites and will be posting on Twitter and Facebook page of Cox and Kings.
This is my way of doing things.
I want to try this way as I am fed of these big companies cheating Common People.
